Policies & Client Agreement

A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments booked with NuDae Beauty. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received.

Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

Please understand that deposits compensate for reserved appointment time, preparation, and potential loss of business if an appointment is canceled or missed.

Deposits Are:

• Nonrefundable
• Nontransferable
• Valid only for the originally scheduled appointment

Failure to comply with booking policies may result in cancellation of your appointment and inability to book future services.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.

Late Arrival Guidelines

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled automatically and their deposit will be forfeited.
• Late arrivals may disrupt the remainder of the schedule and compromise the quality of service provided.
• In some cases, appointment modifications may be necessary based on remaining time availability.
• Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of future bookings.

NuDae Beauty requires a minimum of 72 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total scheduled service amount.
• Same-day cancellations may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of NuDae Beauty.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without communication will be considered a no-show.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• No-call/no-show clients will no longer be permitted to book future appointments with NuDae Beauty.

Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if notice is provided at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Rescheduling requests made within the 72-hour window will require a new deposit in order to secure another appointment date.
• All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

All services provided by NuDae Beauty are nonrefundable.

Due to the nature of beauty services, time reserved, and products used, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once a service has been completed.

Results May Vary Depending On:

• Skin type
• Lifestyle
• Aftercare
• Previous treatments
• Client compliance with pre-care and aftercare instructions

If you experience concerns regarding your service, you must contact NuDae Beauty within 48 hours of your appointment. Any adjustments or touch-ups will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to follow proper aftercare instructions may void eligibility for any complimentary corrections.

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time
• Following all pre-care and aftercare instructions
• Providing accurate health and skin information
• Informing NuDae Beauty of allergies, sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, or contraindications prior to treatment

NuDae Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is determined to potentially compromise the safety, health, or quality of the service.

Professional Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

• Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future services.

For best spray tan results, clients are encouraged to:

• Arrive with clean, exfoliated skin
• Avoid lotions, oils, deodorants, or perfumes prior to appointment
• Wear loose, dark-colored clothing after appointment

NuDae Beauty is not responsible for uneven fading, discoloration, or premature fading caused by:

• Improper aftercare
• Sweating
• Swimming
• Skincare products
• Failure to follow instructions

Results from brow services may vary depending on:

• Skin type
• Existing brow condition
• Hair growth patterns
• Previous brow treatments

Clients should carefully follow all aftercare instructions to maintain the longevity and appearance of their results.

This policy applies specifically to individuals selected to model services for NuDae Beauty.

Model appointments are discounted or complimentary in exchange for participation in content creation, training, marketing, and promotional activities.

1. Content Participation

Models must be fully comfortable participating in all planned procedures, filming, photography, and social media content creation during their appointment.

2. Photography & Videography Consent

By participating as a model, you grant NuDae Beauty permission to photograph and record video content before, during, and after the service.

These materials may be used for:

• Social media
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Portfolio use
• Educational and training purposes

Models waive any right to compensation, ownership, or approval of final content.

3. Dress Code

Models are required to wear neutral-colored clothing to maintain a clean and cohesive visual aesthetic for content creation.

4. Makeup Requirements

Models should arrive with light makeup and are encouraged to bring additional makeup products for touch-ups after the appointment if needed.

5. Reliability

Models are expected to arrive on time and communicate professionally. Failure to follow policies or repeated cancellations/no-shows may result in removal from future model opportunities. This is a collaborative appointment, any changes MUST be approved by service provider.

By agreeing to model for NuDae Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to all requirements and expectations listed above.

By booking an appointment with NuDae Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies, procedures, terms, and conditions listed above.
